Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us at ayates1@aol.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We'll tell you the return address when you contact us. We recommend using a tracked service.

Once we've received the item (or proof you've sent it), we'll refund you within 14 days, including the original delivery charge, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email us at ayates1@aol.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll sort out a replacement or full refund, and you won't have to pay anything to return it. In many cases, we won't need the item back at all.

Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
