Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost
UK delivery is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll get an email confirming your order straight away.

Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5–10 working days of being placed. Some items may take a little longer, and we'll always show an estimated delivery window on the product page. These times are estimates, and delays can occasionally happen during busy periods such as Christmas or because of courier disruption.

Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Orders with more than one item
Our products are sent from different warehouses, so if you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You won't be charged any extra for this.

Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or your tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at ayates1@aol.com with your order number. We'll look into it with the courier and, if your parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy. We'll put it right at no cost to you.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
